Ordering Information

DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR SITE IS NOT DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO OUR INVENTORY DATABASE, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL OF BACKORDERED ITEMS AND ITEMS SOLD OUT THE SAME DAY WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER. BUSINESS HOURS ARE 7:00A.M TO 10:00P.M. MONDAY-FRIDAY, SAT. 9:00A.M. TO 5:00P.M. CST. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING IN YOUR RUSH ORDERS TO ENSURE THAT ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME.

Shipping and Handling Charges for Each Address are as follows: Regular shipping for orders total up to $25--$5.25, $25.01-$50--$8.95, $50.01-$100--$9.95, Over $100--$15.00. 2-Day Up to $25--25.50, $25.01-$50--$27.50, $50.01-$100--29.50, Over $100--$36.00 and additional postage may be charged on FedEx orders over $100. (Customer Service will notify customer before shipping.) Next-Day up to $25--$51, $25.01-$50--$53, $50.01-$100--$55, Over $100--$62. Again additional postage will be applied and customer will be notified before shipping of packages over $100. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


How to order: After selecting the size and color you would like, click on the shopping cart to the right of the picture. This will bring you to the shopping cart options page. To select more items click your browser's back button or use the pull down at the bottom left of the page. If you would like to remove an item from the cart, change the quantity to zero, and then click the update quantity button for this item. When you are finished selecting items, chose which shipping method you would prefer, scroll to the bottom of the shopping cart options page and chose new customer or previous customer checkout. If this is your first time ordering with the web site, chose new customer checkout. Click the order button, which takes you to the billing and shipping page. Enter your information and click the next page button at the bottom right of the page. The last page is a Secure Checkout location to complete your credit card information. After you have entered the information click the order button to complete the transaction.

Canadian and International Orders

Money Orders only for International Orders. Shipping/Handling is calculated by the weight and the address it is being sent to.

Money orders or credit cards are ok for Canadian orders.
Canadian orders ship via postal service.

We are fast!

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of our receiving them. Allow 3-7 business days, depending on your location, for delivery by regular service. If we are temporarily out of an item, we'll contact you promptly and tell you when to expect it.

We can be even faster!

If you require a guaranteed delivery date, use our 2-Day UPS or Fedex Rush or Next-Day Fedex Rush Services. We recommend placing Rush Service Orders by telephone with a credit card so that we can confirm product availability. Rush orders placed by 1:30 p.m. Central Time will be shipped the same day.

Exchanges and Returns.

To make a return, use the form and shipping label on the back of your sales reciept. We will issue a prompt exchange, refund or credit as you indicate. All returns must be made within 30 days in its original condition. Custom hemmed, washed or worn items are not returnable. We do not refund shipping charges, however no shipping is charged on replacement orders. We suggest insuring all packages.

Sale Pages.

All the sale items are priced to sell and are limited to quanities on hand. All orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis. It is best to place your order by phone using a credit card so we can confirm availability. Whenever possible, choosing alternate colors or styles will help us fill your order completely.
 
We accept returns of sale items for exchanges and in house credit only. No refund will be given to returned sale merchandise.

Color Matching Garments.

When ordering items of the same color which you intend to wear together, please advise your customer service agent or note on the Order Form. Please allow two weeks for delivery of color matched sets. In some cases it is not possible to get an acceptable color match due to variations in dye lots. When this occurs we will notify you promptly and suggest a complementary color. We do not recommend matching colors of dissimiliar fabrics.

Alterations

Special requirements such as altering can be done by going to the message area and putting in your instructions. There is a fee for this service and all items cannot be altered. We will e-mail you back your additional cost for the service or any questions pertaining to the request. Please note that altered items are not returnable
